The Butterfly

  1. The Butterfly (25:04)

The butterfly in many cultures is seen as emblematic symbol of metamorphosis, it brings a powerful transformation in a sense of expansion, growth and elevation.
Its main symbolism is personal transformation, but it also represents the soul and its immortality.

Life Lessons From A Butterfly:

Let go of the past.
Trust the future.
Embrace change.
Come out of the cocoon.
Unfurl your wings.
Dare to get off the ground.
Ride the breeze.
Savor the flowers.
Put on your brightest colors.
Let your beauty show.

The Owl

  1. The Owl (27:00)
The owl in many cultures is seen as messenger of change, it brings a symbolic death in a sense of transition in life.
Its main symbolism is wisdom, but also the ability to see what others do not see, it sees beyond the veil of deception and illusion.“A wise old owl sat on an oak; The more he saw the less he spoke; The less he spoke the more he heard; Why aren’t we like that wise old bird?”

Kaleidoscope

  1. Reflection (8:50)
  2. Refraction (8:04)
  3. Dispersion (10:28)

Reflection:

Reflection represents the reflexive phase of your meditation, in this phase you can look at yourself deeply by being distanced from external abstractions.
Be aware that our emotional state is reflected in your surroundings, thus the environment we create is a reflection of our state of mind, your reality is your reflection.

Refraction:

“Refraction is the change in direction of propagation of a wave due to a change in its transmission medium.”
You can use this phenomenon as a metaphor, your intention is the wave, you are the transmission medium, as you change within, you shift and change the direction of propagation of your intentions.
If you change nothing, nothing will change.

Dispersion:

In physics, dispersion is the separation of a complex wave into its component parts according to a given characteristic, such as frequency or wavelength.
For example, it is well known that, when a white light passes through a prism, it separates the light into the seven colours of the rainbow, the reason is the phenomenon of dispersion.
It is time to release your refraction.
Let it disperse.
Let it free.
